nonzero s.r.l., organizer of WSC1, was founded in 2005 to create and provide the Italian and international markets with puzzles and games through various media: publications, internet, mobile phones, and interactive tv.
nonzero edizioni was the first company to bring sudoku in Italy in December 2004. From May 2005 it has been supplying daily sudoku puzzles to some of the major Italian newspapers and magazines, such as La Repubblica, Il Secolo XIX, Il Giornale, Vanity Fair, as well as interactive sudoku puzzles to the websites of La Repubblica and Yahoo UK, becoming the leading Italian publisher of logic game magazines.
